2023 MERCEDES SPRINTER 170
This van is PACKED with upgrades and amazing features. It’s a 2023 Mercedes Sprinter 170 custom build that features our first incinerating toilet! Yes ….it burns your waste and turns it to ash. Our propane system fuels the oven + cooktop as well as the toilet and has easy access for fill/maintenance with a remote fill. The interior of this van is beautifully crafted with custom cabinetry and built-ins, accented by our favorite slat wood ceiling and wallpaper. The kitchen has solid surface countertops, and a deep sink that has both hot and cold water. The rear of the van has a large seating area and dinette that converts into an almost king size bed. On each side of the seating area, large windows open awning style for a nice breeze while sitting and enjoying the view. This van also has a full wet bath. On demand hot water makes taking a shower the perfect end to a day of adventures on the road. Also included in this van is an outdoor shower accessed by the rear doors. This is great for hosing off kids, dogs, bikes, or muddy boots. There are lots of storage options in both the upper and lower cabinetry throughout the space.
The electrical (our specialty) is top notch. Powered by 810ah of LiFePO4 by Battle Born Batteries, this van is ready to go off grid in all 4 seasons. We installed the Mabru 12V air conditioner, vent fan, heater, and Seekr mini fans so that these clients can be comfortable no matter what season they are in. The electrical components also include a remote start system that is triggered when battery capacity falls too low. The Cerbo included in our upper control panel kit makes monitoring battery capacity, solar charge from the 320 watt solar panel, and other things such as fresh and grey water tank levels easy.
As for the exterior, this van is equipped with everything you need to take your van off-road and feel confident. The KC driving and spot lights make it easy to see at night. We upgraded the suspension for a nice ride on and off road with quick-adjust shocks, upgraded struts, and a replacement leaf in the rear. The stock wheels and tires were traded out for a black rim wheel with all terrain tires. This van has on-board air, making airing up tires or even stand up paddle boards a breeze. The exterior is decked out in Aluminess gear including: roof rack, ladder, nerf bars, storage box, and horizontal bike storage. A Fiamma awning is mounted to the roof rack to complete an amazing exterior setup. To provide even more peace of mind, we upgraded the locks on this van to include Thunderbolt deadlocks on each door. Of course just like all our custom van builds, this van has LineX on the lower body as well as the roof and hood.

KITS USED TO BUILD THIS VAN
Your build is only as good as the foundation! Furring strips are the “studs” of a van. This furring strip kit contains precut and predrilled ceiling and wall furring strips that are sealed and ready to install. Riv nuts, drill bits, install tool, and wood included. All you need is a drill!
This cabinet fits perfectly on the passenger side of a Sprinter, just behind the sliding door. It fits perfectly up against our rear upper cabinets; however, it is just a bit more shallow to allow for head room while cooking.
Made from baltic birch, come ready to be assembled.

This wiring harness takes the guess work out of wiring your van. It includes the necessary wiring and connectors to wire 6 AC outlets, 3 USB chargers, 3 light switch zones (front of van, rear van, shower), vent fan, heater, front and rear auxiliary fans, toe kick led, refrigerator, refrigerator fan, and ceiling lights.
All wires are connected to 2 DC fuse blocks with fuses installed. Simply connect the other end of each wire to necessary appliance with a lever wire nut (included).

This wire harness works seamlessly with our upper control panel and lower control panel for a complete electrical kit.
Want the look of beautiful custom cabinets, but you don’t have a background in carpentry? Look no further! This upper cabinet fits perfectly in the rear of a Sprinter over either bed benches or a platform bed.

Electrical installation can be difficult if you’re not familiar with it. This upper control panel takes the stress away with preinstalled components. With our panel, you can monitor and control your system at your fingertips. See the status of your battery bank, gray and fresh water tanks, as well as control your inverter and check the status of your solar. This panel also houses an AC and DC switch panel, making it easy to turn on and off the things your use on a daily basis.
We call this the upper control panel because it mounts perfectly into an upper cabinet, making it easy to access and monitor your system.

Made from extruded aluminum, these bed benches come precut and ready for assembly. These benches are made to fit around the wheel well, are lightweight, and extremely sturdy.
This is what we like to call the brains of the van. This prebuilt control panel is shipped to you ready to install with the main connections prewired. Assembled with the components for solar and alternator charging, this board also has the large wires provided to hook up to your batteries. It also includes distribution bars as well as the fuses necessary to make this a well functioning and safe system.
